The Role of the Attorney ad Litem and Dependency 101

A Basic Skills Course meant to introduce attorneys to dependency law and assist them in becoming an attorney ad litem for a dependent youth. This course will discuss the current laws, procedures, and practice tips necessary to work as an effective Attorney ad Litem for a child in the Florida Dependency System.
