Volunteers Needed for Special Events

Legal Aid is always in need of new volunteers to help plan, promote, support, and conduct our special events.

We have opportunities for volunteers of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. More specifically, we are looking for those willing and able to do the following:

• Event Planning
• Contacting Local Businesses for sponsorships, donations, in-kind gifts, and items for silent auctions
• Day of event volunteers
• Translators to assist non-English speakers
• Gift purchasing, gift wrapping, and creating ‘swag bags’
• Event promotion – including writing letters, distributing flyers, posting and sharing on social media
• Host your own fundraising event to benefit Legal Aid
• Research
• Administrative and Office support
• Donation of professional services
• Logistics and supplies
• Photography and Video
• Steering Committee Chairs
• Volunteer Coordinator
