How do I change information for my account

You can edit your profile any time. In the Attorney Portal menu there is a menu item for Update Profile. Cliick this item and your current information will be displayed. Edit as needed and save your profile. Changes will be effective immediately.

How do I change my password?

There is a menu item in your Attorney Portal to change your password. Click this item and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to change your password. If you are not logged in, the login form on the home page has a link to reset your password. The process will work the same way.

Who can I contact to discuss and on-going case in person?

You can call the main Legal Aid Service number (239-775-4555) to discuss your case. Be sure to have your case number and name.

I am trying to change my password and have followed the process but I never receive the re-set email?

If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder to see if the email is their. Be sure you are using the email address associated with your account profile. You can call our office (239-775-4555) for assistance.

After I request a case and then find I cannot continue with it, how do I remove it from my Attorney Portal?

If you have not yet “accepted” or “Declined” the case, use the “Action Required” link to accept or decline the case. If you choose “Decline” the case will be removed from your Portal. If you have already accepted the case but cannot continue, please contact our office to have the case removed from your Portal.
